NECIC Staffing is a program of the North End Community Improvement Collaborative (NECIC), a nonprofit Community Economic Development organization. NECIC Staffing combines the best practices of the staffing industry and workforce development sector using a unique person-centered focus.

What we know for sure is that we have a workforce shortage and people who are eager to work.

We do this by coaching, consulting, attracting, and retaining talent.

Our focus is transitioning temporary workers to permanent full time employment.
